Download the correct FSUIPC version for your version of P3D/FSX from www.fsuipc.com.
You do not need the paid version.
X-Plane
The current version of XPUIPC for X-Plane as of January 2024 is v2.0.3.8 and it can be downloaded from https://www.schiratti.com/xpuipc.html.
