Adding a Windows Defender Exception

Search for Windows Security

Click - Virus & Threat Protection

Virus & Threat Protection Settings

Click - Manage Settings

Exclusions (Bottom of page)

Click - Add or remove exclusions

Click - + Add an exclusion

Select - Folder

Add both these folders below

C:\users\your-name\appdata\roaming\Passenger2

C:\Users\your-name\AppData\LocalLow\Passenger2
C:\Program Files\Passenger2 (May be in Program Files (x86))
