Passenger2x includes a custom Air Miles Programme to reward frequent flyers and improve your airline’s reputation. Passengers earn miles when they fly with you, helping boost satisfaction and encouraging repeat travel.

How do I create an Air Miles Programme?

1. Click the Menu Button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard
2. Select Air Miles
3. Click Create, enter a name (e.g. My Club), then click Launch Programme
   

Once launched, you’ll see a Tracker showing how many passengers are enrolled.

How do I set up membership levels?

1. Click Select Level → New Level
2. Enter a name (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold)
3. Click Create Level
   

You can create as many levels as you like, each with better perks to reward loyalty.

What benefits can I offer?
For each level, you can:

• Set how many Air Miles are needed to join
• Choose benefits like ticket discounts, priority boarding, or free upgrades
  

Important: Each level must offer equal or better perks than the one before. Example: If Bronze gives a 10% discount, Silver must offer 10% or more — not less.

How do passengers redeem Air Miles?
You set the Redemption Cost, which controls how many miles are needed for a free flight. Higher costs mean passengers need more miles before they qualify.
