Reporting Bugs
If you’ve found a bug, glitch, or unexpected behaviour:
- Visit the Passenger2 Support Centre
- Click "Open a New Ticket" and include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or logs (if available)
This ensures your report reaches the right team and can be tracked for resolution.
Suggesting New Features
To propose a new feature or improvement:
- Use the same Support Centre and submit a ticket under Passenger2
- Clearly describe your idea and how it would enhance the user experience
- Include any relevant context, such as simulator type or use case
The Passenger2 team reviews all suggestions and often incorporates community ideas into future updates.
