What should I do if I lose my license key?

If you’ve lost your Passenger2 license key, don’t worry — you can recover it by following a few simple steps.
Step 1: Check Your Purchase Email
- When you purchased Passenger2, you should have received a confirmation email containing your license key.
- Search your inbox (and spam folder) for emails from:
- Passenger2 (if purchased via the Passenger2 Shop)
- The website name you purchased from (if purchased through a reseller)
Look for subject lines like “Your Passenger2 Order” or “License Key Confirmation.”
Step 2: Contact Support of who you purchased from
If you can’t find your key and purchased from Passenger2 directly:
- Visit the Passenger2 Support Centre
- Submit a support ticket with:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Approximate purchase date
The support team will verify your purchase and help recover your license key.
