New to Passenger2 Support? If you’ve never submitted a support ticket before, welcome aboard! You’ll need to create a new account to access our helpdesk. Just click “Sign In” and select “Create an Account” to get started.
Used our support system previously? Our support site has recently been upgraded for faster service and better self-management. If you submitted tickets before this change:
- You already exist in our system
- Just click “Forgot My Password” on the login page and enter your email
- You'll get a secure link to set a new password and access your account
What about old tickets? Previous support requests aren’t visible on this new portal, but don’t worry — we still have them safely archived. If you need a copy or reference from a past ticket, just drop us a message and we’ll retrieve it for you.
