Yes! Passenger2x includes a full Catering menu where you can customise onboard food, drinks, duty-free and meal services. This helps improve passenger satisfaction and lets you earn money from onboard sales.

How do I access the Catering menu?

1. Click the Menu Button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard
2. Select Caterin

How do I choose food and drink items?

• Use the Filter to sort by product type, or scroll through the Product List
• Click any item to add it to your menu
• A tick will appear next to selected items
• At the bottom, you’ll see how many of each item you can load
  

How do I manage my menu?
Once you’ve chosen your items:

• Open the right-hand submenu
• Click Manage Menu to review and adjust your selections

What is a Catering Preset?
A Catering Preset is a saved menu setup used for onboard sales. Without a preset assigned to a route, your airline won’t earn money from snacks, drinks, meals, desserts, or duty-free items.
How do I create a Catering Preset?

1. Click Manage Preset → New Preset
2. Enter a name (e.g. Shorthaul)
3. Click Create
4. Select your new preset from the list

Important: You must assign the preset during Route Setup to activate onboard sales.

How do I configure my preset?
For each product:

• Set Load Quantity per Flight
• Set Prices per Cabin Class
• Choose Cabin Availability (Economy, Business, First)
• Use Previous/Next Arrows to move through items
• Or use Menu Settings to copy one product’s settings to all
  

Note: Make sure all items are configured before assigning the preset. Incomplete presets may cause missing onboard sales.
